How to Order

All orders placed through Paleo Gallery are private and secure, and your satisfaction is our top priority. We will never share your contact information, ever. Once you have chosen an item/items that you wish to purchase, please follow the following procedure:

1.  Make a Note
    Jot down the product name(s) and number(s), as we will need them for your order. 

2.  Contact Us
      Please contact us via email or by phone at 847-818-8911. You will receive a response within 24 hours
     (Monday – Friday, 7am to 6pm CST). Along with the item name and number, we will also need your name,
     contact information, and the best method/time to reach you.

3.  We Finalize the Order
      We will then contact you, finalize the order, and provide a total amount that includes shipping costs based
     on your delivery address and expectations of receipt.

4.  Make a Payment
      Payment can be made by cashier’s check/money order, or through PayPal (credit or debit – preferred method for
     protection of both parties, as buyers also receive 100% protection against unauthorized payments sent from their
     account.) Personal checks are accepted from U.S. residents, however shipment will be delayed until the check
     has cleared (about 7-10 business days).

5.  We Ship
      Once payment has been satisfied, we will ship your purchase to you within 48 hours. All products are insured
     and shipped out of either our Virginia prep lab, or our new facility in Chicago (PP&A.FOB Origin).

     For art, smaller bones and teeth, and mid-sized specimens with thin processes or long, fragile sections,
     we primarily use USPS Priority Mail. Larger, heavier bones and art are shipped using various land/sea
     freight companies.

     We carefully package all items for shipping, and can provide tracking information. In most cases, rush delivery is available
     upon request. Please note that some shipping companies do not facilitate delivery to a P.O. Box.

     All international customers are responsible for paying any duties/taxes required by their country.

 6.  We Provide a Certificate of Authenticity
       Dinosaur bones or teeth are shipped with a certificate of authenticity containing information on the locality,
     age, specimen number and date found.
