This tail vertebra also comes from about two-thirds down the tail of an adult Diplodocus from the Morrison Formation of Wyoming. It is also from the same dinosaur as any available vertebrae from the articulated string PGD1803SA - PGD1811SA.
This is a large, beautiful, and complete caudal vertebra. The bone quality and surface texture are both excellent. The tail vertebra comes with a custom-built metal stand.
